With the opening of the Place of Intermittent Departures this Thursday, the City of Dubrovnik and the Dubrovnik Art Gallery made their debut at the Venice Biennale.

Thank you once again the extraordinary artists Slaven Tolj and Marijana and Izvor Pende whose top-quality works of art were presented in the best light by the City of Dubrovnik. We can truly say that this city administration has made a step forward in the international promotion of the City of Dubrovnik - said Mayor Mato Frankovic on his Facebook profile, adding that this is "another international success of the City of Dubrovnik".

The 58th edition of this global meeting point for artists with international audiences, curators and gallerists was sent a platform on which his project was presented independently by a team formed exclusively of Dubrovnik artists - Slaven Tolj, Izvor Penda and Marijana Vukic Penda.
