EUGENE NEWMANN
Born:
1936 in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia (presently the capital of Slovakia). Grew up in
Barranquilla, Colombia and New York City. Lived subsequently in Chicago (B.A. from
the University of Chicago – 1957), Colombia, Mexico, New York, California,
Switzerland, and, from 1972 to 1995, in Santa Fe, NM. Currently lives near Ribera NM,
40 miles east of Santa Fe.
